We tried to contact customer, see email below sent on the 25-06-2024 to resolve the matter but we still haven't heard back. Dear Trevor We have just seen your review on our website in regards to the Vets Best dental foam. The product it's self is fairly new to the market, but we have sold a number of these over the last couple of months without any issues. Would it be possible for you send the item back to us for a full refund and so we may take up your concerns with our supplier.
