“One of the sausages had mould on it i took a picture of it and sent to the company i never heard anything back The sausge cost £8 had to thrrow it out Waste of money”

We contacted the customer on the 25-06-2024 but have not heard back from them. Dear Camilla Please accept our sincere apologies, we have just read your email after seeing the feedback on our website. Unfortunately our email security system does not allow un-verified video attachments to be sent to us directly and forwards them onto spam folders as these can be commonly used to spread malware. We do realise it is a late reply and you probably didn't note down the batch number, but if you did could you please forward this on to us so we may contact our supplier with the details. We have sold Meatlove products for number of years and never seen this before. We have also sold many of the same flavoured units to other customers this year without any issues. We have checked a couple of rolls and all seems to be fine, we wonder maybe if the roll had been damaged in transit, allowing the air to get to the contents and create the mould. We will make you a full refund for the item. Sorry again for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
