About Kidvelo Bikes:

Kidvelo® Bikes is an exciting new brand launched in 2021, specialising in manufacturing kids' balance bikes, some which convert to lightweight pedal bikes. The founders are from two family businesses; the former official Strider Distributors, based in Australia and the UK. We had clear ideas born from 14 years of teaching children to ride, distributing thousands of balance bikes and listening to customers.

“We really struggled to find a lightweight pedal bike that was small enough for our 3 year old who was already confident on his balance bike- The Kidvelo Rookie 14 was the perfect solution! The pedals were really easy to fit and within 30 minutes of riding his new bike he was confidently pedalling! After 6 months of regular use the bike is still in great condition. The after sales care has also been fantastic, I contacted them to ask about buying a replacement front reflector (which was broken when my son took a corner at high speed!) and they sent one to us for free! What a great company! Thank you!”

“This bike is exactly what we were looking for! My son is 5 and not yet ready to transition from a balance bike to a pedal bike. He has CP which makes some physical activities tough for him. This bike is lightweight and one day we hope to attach the pedals and chain! But for now Jax is able to look awesome on the way to school and build his confidence. Thank you so much for everything!”
