“The boots look absolutely beautiful in the photo however when arrived they are not as soft as expected and definitely not good for active children.
The strap is not making the boot snug enough unfortunately.
Also I booked return collection with Royal Mail as advised on the website but no one from Royal Mail came to collect at the time they said they would.”
