“The table is of good quality. The delivery was speedy and very efficient. I have only given 4 stars because it took a long time to put together, the instructions were not that good, and it was quite complicated, (even for two experienced flat packers, one of them an engineer). Also 3 clips (part no 40, be careful!) broke during assembly. Replacements posted out quickly, but still annoying. But overall pleased with purchase.”

“The Table looks good quality but it is hard and slow to follow the assembly instructions. It has taken 2 hours with 2 of us to get 80% there, but now the final pieces do not fit and in trying to get one to fit I have broken one of the plastic joiners so will now have to liaise with Kettler help to see if they can help with the issue. Until then.. no table that I can play on! I will update review depending on how Better resolve the situation.”
“I wish I could write a review but despite numerous false starts and promises it still hasn’t been delivered and is now more than two weeks late. Various ‘customer service’ people I have spoken to have said they will find out is going on and call me back but they never do. Given that I bought it as a Christmas present this is particularly frustrating.”

“We've had this for several weeks now and think that it's fabulous - a great investment for our family. My kids are 13 and 10 and its an easy way to get them outside when they are a little bored.
It's sturdy but easy to collapse and move.
It was tricky to assemble, it takes time and the instructions are another level up from Ikea flat pack in terms of being a little cryptic.
We broke a small part during assembly due to tight fitting bits, but Kettler sent through a replacement immediately with no questions asked - ideal customer service.”
