“I ordered GREY touch up paint. Kettler told me that because of problems with their ordering system my order had not been taken. After several other messages I was told that I could now place my order. I again ordered GREY touch up paint. They sent me white touch up paint. I reported the error and was told that that was strange because my order had not been sent at all! I have now been charged twice for touch up paint but only received one useless white pot of paint. The last time I ordered paint I wanted bronze paint and they sent white. They did eventually send the bronze but didn't know they made that colour to start with. I don't know anything about the quality of the white paint!”
