“We bought a Siena twinset in August and enjoyed it during the dry days of late summer when the ground was hard. It rained on 21st September (and has rained ever since). During a rare dry hour we sat on the seat and one leg sunk into the wet ground. We noticed that one of the foot caps was missing, hunted around and could not find it and we were unsure whether it had ever been there.
I telephoned your office at around 3 o'clock on a Friday afternoon but only got the recorded message that the office was now closed (despite it being within your published opening period). I was calling to see whether it would have been possible to obtain a single foot cap. With the office not open I resorted to ordering a pack of four which was accomplished efficiently and easily - but I now have three spare caps for possible use at some stage in the future.
