“These caps do not fit the feet. The diameter of the cap's inner rim is about a millimetre less than the diameter of the actual foot. I have had several emails back and forth with customer services about this; apparently my table and my cap problem is the first they have heard about a fitting issue. In the end, after many questions and requests for proof that I have the table I said I have, and that I bought the caps I said I bought, Kettler sent more requests for more photos and more measurements. I have now given up, am £6 poorer and still don't have a cap to fit the foot on my table.”
