We're sorry to hear that our Footcaps for Caredo Chair (Pack of 4) were too small and did not fit with your chairs. Have you soaked them in hot water to allow them to go onto the chairs? The footcaps are supposed to be very tight on the chairs and soaking them to make them looser when putting them on really does help get them to fit securely
“We somehow lost one of the footcaps for a Caredo chair, making it unstable. An initial online search identified Kettler footcaps that appeared to be the right ones but turned out not to be. I then found the right ones and was pleased to discover that Kettler were more than happy to reimburse the cost of the incorrect ones. The new ones fit perfectly. Good service!”
