“Very disappointed that the web page has misrepresented the purchase as I was told to order on the internet. Firstly there was no indication that the offer of £ 549.00 was on self-assemply basis. Secondly the representation is that the table is GREEN, but I received grey and was told that you do not do any green colour. Thirdly I had to pay a company £ 107.00 for assembly. This company was recommended by you and as one of your parts were faulty I had to call the company again at extra cost to finish the job. I ordered from Ketler due to your German reputation but this sort of service is poor, misleading and completely out of character. I would like to be reimbursed for the £ 107.00 as compensation for all the inconvenience and disappointment”
“We had issues as our table arrived bent and broken. Kettler sent another one and then some spare parts we accidentally broke. Beautifully constructed item and great to have in the garden. Kettler went above and beyond on the service side of things.”
