“We have a pagoda/parasol. It is fine for sunny days to protect you from sun, unfortunately we have had two straps break in one year. Kettles have been good and replaced them. We would suggest to Kettler that they make a winter cover for the parasol instead of removing the parasol from the frame each year, we would be happy to purchase one if it was available.”
