“You need to reconsider your courier as the service we received was terrible. They did not even attempt to deliver it to our address despite my husband being in all day. They took it to a neighbour down the road but did not inform us in anyway that they had done this. I checked the tracking link and there was a note saying it had been delivered to our address and a picture of a signature of whoever they delivered it to (which wasn't my husband's). I phoned kettler and the lady I spoke to said she would investigate it and telephone me back. To date I have never received this phonecall. Later on in the evening I had a note posted through my door from the neighbour down the road telling me they had received my product at their address. They told me husband that the delivery driver just left it at their front door and did not give them time to get to the front door to receive it or sign for it so the signature I saw on the tracking link was obviously done by the delivery driver. This is very poor and you need to ensure you are using a courier or delivery company who are delivering your products properly.”
