“Lovely product, however the service and communication from KETTLER were poor inefficient and unfriendly, none of the delivery instructions were passed on the courier Co resulting on our shop burglar alarm getting activated by their driver as they omitted to put the flat number and no tracking was provided and we had to rearrange it and re-updated it all ourselves with DHL since kettler was unhelpful and just forwarded their phone number without any other communications. Will not order from this company again no matter the promotion.”
“The BBQ looks very good and will use for the first time this weekend. We chose Letter because of their reputation even though they were not the cheapest. They only get four stars because we wanted it for Easter. It arrived on the Tuesday after but that might be the effect of the Covid 19 restrictions. What was disappointing was the "Easter Offer" of free tools that we missed.”
