“The chairs are good. The delivery - well, first I had to stay in for the whole day and only the night before was I told when it would arrive, but the 2 hour slot was not guaranteed. Then I discovered that I had only received 2 chairs instead of 4. I had to contact Kettler to ask about this, and then had to stay in another whole day. So overall the delivery was a performance. The delivery men were fine.”
