“Hi Kettler , I actually rang in to chat about this but ended up being fed across multiple call agents . The reason Im having to buy this product is to replace the same puchase from just under a year ago that started to frey and perish on one corner . It looked fantastic to be honest when we bought it and we also bought the small coffee table cover too at the same time (and thats lasting) but I thought it would last approx 2-3 years at least . I appreciate that I should have rung in to discuss but we just repurchased this same cover to protect our outside Kettler furniture. So overall great looking cover just needs to last longer than just under a year. Kind regards Dave”
