“A very smart and comfortable sofa that looks great on my patio. Whilst the product is expensive, I believe it is value for money based on previous experience with the Harlow Carr range. The furniture is high quality.
I thought about knocking a star off because the settee arrived without its cushions. However, I spoke to a very nice woman at Kettler who quickly investigated and resolved the issue and the cushions arrived a few days later. So good customer service.”
