“The place and the accommodation was all excellent and of a high specification - we had a fabulous weekend. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with equipment and the wood burners amazing. The games room was kept busy the whole time and we played pool and table football almost non-stop which was loads of fun. The only down-side was that the hot-tub took a long time to get to the right temperature as the water had been changed from the previous occupants and apparently it had been left on eco mode so took a lot longer to heat-up. However, once it was up to temperature it was great.”

“An absolutely amazing place! The looks on the faces of our guests as they arrived were priceless! We were there to celebrate a 60th birthday, and a renewal of wedding vows, and the house gave us just the right ambience for both of these. It manages to be both huge and cosy at the same time, with spaces big enough for large gatherings, and small cuddle up places for those wanting a bit of quiet. It is very beautiful and peaceful too, with nothing to disturb you in the outdoor hot tub but the wind in the trees. I couldn't have thought of any single thing that could have made it better. Thank you Simon and Sam!”
