“I just don't know where to start with just how perfect our stay at The Hideout was. 3 families, with 8 kids between us ranging from 7-16 years. The house itself is truly amazing, every detail thought of, the decor is sublime; Laury and Ed have done a fantastic job. It was such a relaxing week. We made the most of the house spending lots of time chilling out, relaxing, being outside, so private. However it is also such a great location to venture out to neighbouring villages, but also so close to Bristol, Bath and the Forest of Dean; which has loads to offer for family days out. We also used The Clever Chefs twice; firstly delivering a fabulous Sunday lunch and then a chef came in to cook a 3 course meal for the adults which was outstanding, a real treat. The addition of a catering kitchen to the house really made this possible, and was fantastic for us to use as well. I would not hesitate to book The Hideout again for a family gathering, special birthday; even for a weekend. It truly is first class, and worth every penny. Thank you Laury and Ed, love The Cheshire Clan! xxx”
