“This is a beautiful property with everything you need and more! The kitchen is very well equipped, there is plenty of space and the outside area is fabulous. There is also plenty of parking. Two of the bathrooms are en-suite so it works well for a group who are happy to share bathrooms. The owners were very responsive and helpful with our questions. It's very close to West Wittering, East Wittering or Chichester so an ideal location for the area. I would recommend staying here.”

“Wonderful converted pub. We were a party of 10 and the property was spacious and beautifully decorated. The large kitchen and dining room were a real plus. The hot tub was a treat. Plenty of space for parking. Everything you need. Venue is in a great location - from it we walked to pubs and to the beach. Thoroughly recommend staying there and would go back again.”
