“We had a great week away at Southlake House. The house was well equipped and suited a large group of adults, children and dogs perfectly. Lots to do locally too. The beds are particularly comfortable too!!”

“All I can say is the photographs don’t do it justice . The house looks small compared to the pool but this is not the case . We have had other rentals in the Cotswolds but not from Kate and Toms because our Brighton family normally book them . It was a perishing cold weekend but the sun shone all day . There was frost each morning but every day the hot tub was used My first but hopefully not last experience of that The house inside is really snug despite the size of the rooms The decor is modern but tasteful . Having so many TVs the kids could watch what they wanted and adults could do likewise Except for meals we were never all together The extra table and chairs in the dining area means fifteen sat together . The laundry and kitchen are well stocked no need to take that yourself .The garden is vast we used it for recreation not sitting out . Cirencester is delightful and has Waitrose and M&S for shopping . The village small supermarkets are within easy walking distance for all essentials and newspapers Parking is more than adequate The secure gates and enclosed garden give peace of mind with young children and dogs I think the main thing to stress is the amount of indoor and outdoor space Indoor hide and seek with two staircases is great fun We would love to return .”

“Absolutely love this house. Beautiful, relaxing, fantastic hot tub and huge garden. Bedrooms are beautiful and Sian is lovely! Can’t recommend highly enough. We had a great break!”

“Great house in superb location for Cotswolds. We had a great time there, fitting 3 families in easily. Gardens were a fabulous size so the kids were outdoors all the time, even in the rain ! Thanks”

“Had a great weekend at Southlake House celebrating a 30th Birthday, the house is beautifully decorated with every amenity, the garden is enormous and the children enjoyed playing football with real goal posts and a huge trampoline and tennis court. The house is right by the Cotswold water park and also close to all the lovely Cotswold villages and towns.”
