“South Downs farm is just the most delightful place for a gathering of friends, family or both. The countryside is picturesque, the property is clean, private, and comes with everything that you could possibly need for a get-away. Lucy, the owner, an absolutely gem of a host & I could not speak highly enough of her or the service that we received from the Kate & Tom’s team.”

“Stunning house and beautiful location. A perfect holiday for both the adults and the children. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. We could not fault our holiday - just wonderful!”
