“Lovely house, beautifully furnished and decorated. Well equipped kitchen - but shame no trays and no water jugs which meant we had to use bottles at the table. Not what we would have chosen. Polly housekeeper very helpful who told us something of the history of the house. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable stay for all our family of 16 people ranging in age from 12 to 80 years.”

“Great house for a large group of people. The house was well equipped for every occasion. The only downfall was in a number of rooms there was an unpleasant odour, particularly in the downstairs rooms.”

“Pedington Manor is a beautiful, well sized country manor that hosed my family and I to celebrate an 80th birthday. Spacious, well kept grounds and a warm welcome ensured that we celebrated in style as a family. The property is fairly old but has been updated with modern features of en-suites and wash facilities. Beds were comfy and every bedroom was very well sized. Plenty of socializing areas where you could relax on your own or as a whole family. Lots of small touches, fire stocked and plenty of paper, plenty of board games, kitchen essentials, made our experience a good one and why we would return. We didn't rate the property 5/5 only due to the amount of flies but there are horses near by and we were on a farm! Also the overall cleanliness of the place, we feel, could have been better.”

“The house was stunning and in a beautiful location - would recommend the deer park and the Salutations pub. Polly was very welcoming and the hamper was a nice touch. Everyone loved the long weekend from the 6 month old and her 4 year old brother my 86 year old father, there was something for everyone. We made full use of the play room and games room and some even fitted in a game of croquet. The dining room was perfect for all 20 of us to fit round for a meal on Saturday evening and the kitchen was well equipped. It's a great place to get away from it all and we would certainly recommend it highly.”

“We loved Pedington Manor and really enjoyed our stay. The location, layout and facilities were perfect for us as a family. Unfortunately there were some issues hence the "good" rating. 1) Ground floor toilet carpet had a very unpleasant smell (vomit), 2) Ditto Bedroom 8 wardrobe 3) Clear signs of carpet moth infestation in various rooms. Time to get rid of the carpets perhaps! We'd love to return if these issues could be addressed?”

“Excellent house. Kids very well catered for with play rooms and outdoor equipment. Lovely furnishings. Horses a real treat to have across the courtyard too. Thoroughly enjoyable weekend had by all”

“We hired Pedington Manor for a family get together and were blown away the minute we walked through the door. Excellent location, facilities and really fantastically resourced. We had an amazing time and we couldn't find a fault. The children and adults loved the facilities for children such as the swings and trampoline as well as the play room which had a great selection of toys. The kitchen was just right for that many people and had plenty of equipment. We were not sure what to expect from the pictures but we found that the pictures really did not do it justice. Thanks Pedington Manor for brilliant memories! Lucy and William Hicks”
