“Me and my family loved Pedington Manor, the house was extraordinary very clean, the area around the house was very different compared to living in the busy city. The hot tub was one of the high lights for our family. We didnt have nothing to complain about, i would definitely go back to stay”

“An excellent venue for our family of 15 aged from 9-80,very comfortable beds,all facilities in the kitchen area were clean,well thought out and perfect for preparing vast quantities of food.The dining room was special,very elegant and perfect seating for all of us. The extra touches,such as the hamper,Christmas decorations were very much appreciated. The area was great for walks,and we were lucky with the weather Overall a great success”

“The actual manor was a lovely building but there were a few things that were disappointing. Only one side of the toaster worked, therefore toast at breakfast was slow for 20 people! The upstairs en suite hot water tap did not always work. No water came out if another tap in the house was on. We had to leave the wardrobes upstairs open as they smelt terrible. The hamper was a lovely touch but a few items were sadly out of date, which turns a positive into a negative. Some of the furniture was a bit shabby (ie the black table in the TV room) which was a little unexpected for your 'high end' rentals. However the bedrooms were lovely and the entertainment space where we organised a catered dinner was great.”

“Excellent location with lots of nooks and crannies to explore in a tastefully decorated house. Polly greeted us and explained everything which was great. Very well equipped and the kids loved the playroom which was in easy access to the patio area. The walled garden was great for the dogs and children. Bedrooms large, comfy and roomy. The dining room can easily accommodate a party of 20 and the house is very well kitted out to cope with a large party of people. An excellent pub only 20 minutes walk by road or 30 mins along a lovely country walk. The setting and layout of the house made for a really lovely weekend and easily big enough for 18 people as there was plenty of room to escape the hussle and bussle. Thoroughly recommend Pedington Manor as it is easy access from the M5, so ideal for families coming from all over the country and a great place to stay for that special occasion.”

“Stayed at Pedington Manor June 2019 and could not recommend the house and setting highly enough. Excellent setting. Plenty of room, with corridors and nooks and crannies that added to the whole occasion. Lots of facilities which means you only need to bring the food and refreshments. The childrens playroom is next to the patio areas and the children in our group loved it as well as the trampoline and slide. With an enclosed garden very safe for the children and pets to run free. Large kitchen and several rooms to get away from the hustle and bussell of a large party of people. Plenty of parking space and all the bedrooms large, nicely decorated and comfy. Only a 20 minute walk to the award winning Salutation or 30 mins across the fields if you have dog, which was a pleasant walk. The recommended chef (Wildfork West) was excellent and the meal we arranged was as good as you will get. Polly the liaison manager was very helpful and friendly. Overall a memorable stay thank you Tom and Kates.”

“I can honestly say the we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay with all our family. The house catered for all our needs.We had so many rooms to choose from and the little ones enjoyed the play barn and trampoline.. We were so fortunate with the weather and we were able to eat out in the courtyard. The bedrooms were well set out with lovely bedding and toiletries. Thank you for the welcome pack, we all enjoyed the cakes.”

“Great place. Really clean. No issues with any of the services. There was 17 of us and there was space to get away for some peace. Get touch leaving some welcome provisions especially the cream cake.”

“We all had the most enjoyable time at Pedington Manor. Everything was as described and totally clean. As soon as we walked in we felt welcomed in warmth and comfort. All our grandchildren had the best time and didn't want to leave at the end. It was wonderful having all the activities on site; the playroom, trampoline, etc and especially the games room was a total hit (for the adults too). We have only wonderful memories of our stay and would definitely return, given the opportunity.”
