“We had a wonderful stay at Norton Hall for my wife's birthday. The house and grounds are perfect especially as we had several children who delighted in running through the grounds in safety as well as enjoying the swimming pool, not to mention collecting eggs from the hens. The house is full of light and space so our Saturday dinner in the grand dining room was a memorable evening for all of us, especially my wife. Cooking facilities are excellent as well as the support from Dan on our occasional query - thank you. The family are still 'buzzing' from a really lovely family weekend in a grand house and I would thoroughly recommend it.”

“We were made to feel most welcome by the owners and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in their beautiful house. We were a group of 18, yet there was plenty of space both inside and out. We were blessed with amazing weather but even if it had rained there was enough to do in the house and the locality to enjoy the stay. The pool, tennis court and grounds are all well maintained and we were invited to help ourselves to eggs from the hens and salad from the walled garden. All rooms and bathrooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The only addition we could recommend would be a further large fridge as space was somewhat limited in the existing fridges for a large self catering group such as ours. We would certainly revisit this property when the next suitable occasion arises.”

“Perfect weather for our family weekend celebration inthis magnificent and obviously loved home in such an idyllic setting. Gracious ,light filled rooms filled with beautiful furniture and paintings yet it was so easy to feel totally 'at home' here .Stunningly decorated and appointed bedrooms with amazing views over garden and park land available to walk in and to discover the Impressive variety of trees.We never left the property as happy times spent in the pool ,on the tennis court and playing snooker .We fell in love with it .”

“Our family - aged 3 to 80 plus a dachshund - stayed in Norton Hall for a big family birthday weekend. We couldn't have done better. We were blessed with exceptional weather so enjoyed the pool, croquet and stunning walks. The house is beautiful and we were made to feel very welcome by Marcus even before we arrived. Thank you - would heartily recommend to others!”

“If you ever have an opportunity to stay at Norton Hall grab it! it is a very special venue for a gathering of friends or family. An idyllic haven of peace and tranquility. Marcus, the warm and welcoming owner, says it has its own quirks and foibles and it is those that makes this the most perfect place to spend time relaxing and enjoying the Cotswold countryside. The grand house is huge but homely, charming and captivating and you really don't need to venture outside the grounds if you so choose to have a great time. Would I return? Most definitely- I loved it.”
