“We have just returned from Holmegate House after a 3 night stay. Everyone in the party enjoyed the time spent there and it was very spacious for the family of eleven. The bedrooms were very comfortable and there were sufficient showers for everyone to use except for room 1 which only had a bath. It would have been better if there had been a shower attachment to allow for washing hair.”

“We chose the venue to accommodate our family in order to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary.With six adults and five children to cater for the house was ideal.Excellent bedroom space and rooms that allowed one to escape!The catering facilities were first rate ,the garden large enough for the youngsters to play all manner of ball games,plus the added attraction of the pool.”

“Beautiful house in a lovely rural location. Every room appealing so it did not matter which was allocated to our guests. Fantastic reception rooms, we used every one of them. Linen and duvets were gorgeous. The kitchen had everything we would require (except a Nespresso machine, so we had to bring our own). House manager helpful and friendly.”

“We stayed as a family with 12 of us located in the house. It is a great size for everyone and plenty of space to enjoy. The outside space is perfect for children to play in and the pool is ideal as it is fenced off. The location (close to the coast) is lovely if you want to enjoy time at the seaside. I would definitely recommend and would go back!”
