“A lovely pretty house. Set in a mature gardens overlooking fields. The pool was a great size and set in a good location in the garden. The hot tub was a great temperature and maintained well. 7 spacious bedrooms all of which were clean and nice quality linen and comfortable beds. A beautiful practical dining room with an excellent dining table to sit 16 guests. The lounge was a great size to accommodate a full house. Our two negatives would be the small size of the kitchen for such a spacious big house and also not all the garden has dog proof fencing. This was an issue for us as we have a very active working cocker spaniel and if he can get through a hedge then he will.”

“A great place for a family gathering. 16 of us, ranging in age from 3 to 83 had a great time. There was loads of space, it was very well equipped, a lovely clean and warm pool and great hot tub.”

“This was a wonderful house in a beautiful setting with plenty for the children to do The only slight problem was the tennis court which needed a new surface When slightly wet it was very slippery and two of our party fell one twisting her ankle”

“The house was superb. It literally has everything you need to make it the perfect weekend away. The gardens are beautiful, the pool is huge and the house itself is stunning. It was actually too big for only 12 of us, but of course we certainly aren't complaining! The location was great for us to head out to some fine local pubs as well as play some golf. We would without hesitation stay again.”

“The house is beautiful as is the garden. The facilities are excellent including the tennis court and the games room. The swimming pool is the warmest outdoor pool we have ever experienced in the UK. The house is very well equipped. Cannot be faulted.”

“Hill House was simply awesome. We had a brilliant weekend - the house is in a perfect position, it's brilliantly equipped for big groups and beautifully maintained. Shipston is a gorgeous little town with everything you could need. Kate and Toms has been amazing throughout the organisation and generally just completely brilliant. P”

“We had a wonderful weekend here with family for a 50th birthday celebration. Lucky enough to have a sunny weekend we made full use of the garden, pool, hot tub, tennis court and games barn. Some of us went clay pigeon shooting with Rob Ireland which was great fun. For the Saturday evening we hired James Benson to come and cook for us. Such a treat and the food was delicious, beautifully presented and served. The house was so relaxing, well laid out and the welcome pack with cake was a lovely surprise! A truly memorable weekend.”

“Many thanks - we had a lovely family get together over Easter. We made full use of the hot tub and the tennis courts and the spacious lounge and dinning area. The bedrooms were ideal and everywhere was very clean. We carried out a 1920's murder mystery in full costume - great fun! However a few things we felt could be improved - we took turns cooking over the week and each couple had problems with the oven in the main kitchen-the shelves don't fit in properly and its extremely noisy, not large enough for the size of property. The septic tank seemed to be overflowing and smelt badly. The gardener came 5 out of 7 days there - he spoke to us every time about dealing with the bins even when we were sat in the hot tub! This was a bit irritating.”
