“These houses were ideal for a big family get together. Beautiful position on the beach, lovely (and immaculate) and plenty of room inside and out. A very good weekend was had by all.”

“Both houses were just perfect for my business retreat. Accomodation was lovely as was Charlotte the housekeeper. 10/10 on everything. I was so happy I have already booked for May 2020 and I am likely to book again for June 2020. Yes it was that good.”

“This is our 3rd year of staying at Ferring Beach Houses - and we absolutely loved our stay again! The house is so well equipped, wonderfully warm and welcoming, so (so) spacious, beautifully decorated (especially at Christmas!), and Janet and Charlotte were so accommodating to our extra requirements (bed arrangements, highchairs etc). The location being right on the beach is really special and we couldn't recommend a stay here more highly.”

“We had a brillient time the houses had every thing.The house keeper Charlotte very helpful.would of liked to have got into the house for mid day as you pay for four days & only ereally have three days.my only criticism”

“We were a group of 19 friends (10 adults/9children). The following are comments from across the group of adults: Lovely space, good facilities but some parts could do with modernising. Great pool and garden and outdoor area. Fab quiet location, lovely houses . Yellow house great, pink house bathrooms and kitchen could do with updating . Still a great place and we had a lovely time. The beds were comfy and that means a lot! Lots of homely touches that were very thoughtful & we felt very welcomed & looked after by Charlotte We would recommend the house & stay again”

“Such a great place. Right on the beach. Perfectly appointed. Tremendous for kids. The kids had one house and we took the other. Two big kitchens for huge dinners (we had 20 People). Already booked again”

“We had an absolutely wonderful week at Ferring Beach Houses. The house is absolutely gorgeous and well kitted out. The views are absolutely staggering and I really could not fault it in any way. We couldn't believe how well maintained the gardens were, how clean and spacious everything in the house was and how well situated the property was. I can not speak highly enough of this idealic retreat. And I must add how good it is for hide and seek places when there are 16 of you!!!! Honestly, hand on heart, an absolute gem in a perfect location.”
