“Wonderful venue for large family celebration weekend. The barns and rooms are beautifully decorated and furnished, and the wood burners made for very cosy winter afternoons. The separate dining room for evening get togethers was just perfect, and the swimming pool was a real luxury. We received a really warm welcome from the housekeeper Terry and fresh flowers, milk, tea and coffee were really great extra touches. We will have to return in the summer time to enjoy the outside spaces and explore more of the local walks.”

“Fairoaks Farm is a fantastic venue, we have just spent a weekend there for a family gathering, the barns are of a superior standard equipped with all the equipment you need for a self catering weekend. The pool house was simply amazing and a lovely place to unwind the pool is clean and the water warm, the pool house leads out onto a wonderful patio area with comfortable furniture and a fire pit for those cool evenings. On arrival we were welcomed with cake and biscuits for our party. Terry the Housekeeper and staff were so helpful in lots of ways and we really appreciated what they did for us to help our weekend be so memorable. We would certainly recommend this wonderful venue.”

“The houses/ cottages are beautifully designed and decorated. The detail is amazing and no creature comfort forgotten The position, in a perfect, quiet part of the country has the most stunning view. The owner, Mark, responded immediately to our queries as well as the housekeeping team who are also dedicated to making the stay perfect. The swimming pool and its offices are such a bonus.”

“What a stunning property. It was perfect for our large family get together.There was plenty of space, privacy but wonderful communal areas too. The pool , party room and great outdoor furniture etc were fantastic. The properties were spotless and the extra touches - flowers , cakes on arrival were really appreciated. Terrie was so welcoming and it was really useful that she made contact with us before we arrived to check what we needed. The location was fabulous. So quiet and peaceful, but great having the sheep and cows to watch. We were lucky enough to have great weather and to be able to watch the meteor showers by the fire pit under clear skies. The only thing I could think could be improved is perhaps some bigger fridges in the party area.”
