“We had a wonderful time at the Elephant and Castle. The house is simply gorgeous, very quirky and perfect for celebrating. We had a hen weekend for 16 and had the best of times. Adam, the owner met us and showed us around, lovely guy. The beds are comfy and the rooms are large and stylish. We didn't venture away from the house as we had everything we needed there to ensure we had a good time including a fabulous hot tub.. Excellent for large groups and we would highly recommend it ...would love to stay there again.”

“Elephant and Castle is the perfect location for a hen do. The house itself is amazing, so quirky and different but very comfortable. The beds were very comfy and everyone of us enjoyed our time there.”

“I came here for my hen do and it was absolutely beautiful! It's got tonnes of space downstairs for people to stretch out and the hot tub was great!! The bedrooms are laid out well and bathrooms are immaculate.”

“Such an amazing property set in beautiful grounds. Very comfortably accommodated the 18 of us with plenty of space around the dinner table for us all to eat together as well a very spacious living area great for socialising and relaxing. Extremely clean and well maintained as well as a well equipped kitchen. The hot tub was fantastic although did smell a bit ‘eggy’ not sure why that was. Only criticism is that the showers were not very powerful.”

“What an amazing place! We booked Elephant & Castle to celebrate my 40th, and it's fair to say every one of us needed a relaxing break, which this house supplied in full. From the second we arrived it was clear that the owners and the housekeepers had spent time considering the needs of their guests. It is thoughtfully (and interestingly!) decorated throughout, and the dining area and living room were both suitably large and yet cozy and relaxing. The housekeepers live on site so were on hand as soon as we arrived, and were incredibly accommodating about changing the set up of the beds, and about coming back over when we had a slight issue with the hot tub. It's a shame the Bluetooth code to the hot tub speakers wasn't known, but I believe they're going to sort this out next time it's serviced. The bedrooms could also do with a little more hanging space, though the comfortable beds more than made up for this. We can also highly recommend the Tom O' The Wood pub for lunch (we sat in the conservatory) - they were so lovely and friendly, and it really was just a short walk either down the road or along the footpath.”
