“We stayed at Derwentwater house for a week over Christmas 2018. There were 15 of us altogether and the house suited us perfectly. The decor of the house was fabulous and the gardens were amazing. The views across the lake were very beautiful. An absolutely perfect house-I couldn’t recommend it enough.”

“A really beautiful house, in a wonderful setting. It caters for large numbers very well with every description of equipment. Our family enjoyed the spacious rooms and large garden. As the Marina is across the road the children especially enjoyed going out on the lake. Our family are aged between 77 and 1 yrs old and no one wanted to leave. That says a lot about the property.”

“A fabulous house, very well equipped and in a great location. Highly recommended! Particularly if you can have 4 days of glorious weather as we did meaning we had BBQ's in the lovely gardens every night!!!”
