“Just brilliant from start to finish. There is literally NOTHING I could fault about both Cotswold Edge House and Tom and Kate's service. If anything the house is much MORE impressive than the photographs and video. We have the best time ever and I'm sure all other future guests will to.”

“A wonderful country home. We had a fun family weekend celebrating a special birthday. It’s a home rather than a house that felt comfortable and welcoming and big enough for all twenty one of us to chill together, have our own space when wanted. The two staircases were a delight for the children who spent time searching for each other along the maze of up, down hallways. The Gardens were beautiful and the tennis court a welcome bonus. The kitchen was a cooks heaven. Everything you could need. Plenty of cookware and glasses for every beverage. We had a wonderful time enjoying our family and would definitely return. Everything was made easy from booking, help from the owners when needed, to being made to feel welcome with their relaxed attitude. Thank you Richard and kate”

“We went on a family break with 21 people. The house is spacious and catered for the number of people that stayed. The accommodation is to a high standard and was well looked after and clean. The grounds are well maintained and the children were able to run around and play with no issues. The only minor problem we had was that the The z-beds were not able to be used. They need updating as the mattresses were uncomfortable Great stay and we would definitely come back again.”

“A wonderful house that was the setting for a fabulous 40th birthday. The dining room lit by candle light was magnificent, the bedrooms were comfortable and the baths/showers were powerful and reviving. Highly recommend”

“The house is charming, beautiful, perfectly located and well equipped. We all enjoyed our stay enrmusly. There are however two matters of major concern. First, there are no curtains whatsoever downstairs. This is totally unacceptable in winter time from the perspective of both warmth and comfort. Bearing in mind the high rental cost, this was astonishing . Secondly, the large number of electrical extension leads being used on a permanent basis (in almost every room) made us wonder if the house meets basic safety requirements.”

“The house was lovely and had everything we needed, which for a party of 23 with ages ranging from 1 to 81 was no mean feat. The grounds were beautiful, but it was a shame that we didn't have the weather to enjoy them. Liz was absolutely fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful with booking in, getting an issue with a dishwasher sorted and even arranging for us to get the pay per view Boxing on Sky. Trevor was a star fixing the dishwasher. Couldn't have asked for more. Would strongly recommend this as a place to stay.”

“Beautiful house in fabulous surroundings. Very well equipped kitchen with plenty of good quality china and cultery and 2 dishwashers! Also everything immaculately clean. Kate, the owner, was also very helpful throughout our stay.”
