“Disappointing, as with other pillowcases and sheet ... washed on cold with no detergent before use, as is normal. Fabric made me itch, and was quite rough, especially considering the high TC. Tried to return, but told no, because they were opened and used - how do you know something is not fit for purpose/faulty without opening it? Also, how can you make them softer with use if you cannot sleep on them? Not happy at all, and would not buy from here again.”
