“as soon as the bedding arrived as always i washed it it was very hard and stiff but i thought after a wash and comfort it would soften up but no i have now try washing it twice and it is still very stiff and hard ,we have been buying jacquard dorma bedding for the past 20 years and have never come across this problem before very disappointed with this purchase”
