“Very disappointed... I have bought Dorma bedlinen for many years and have come to take it for granted that it will wash well and not need any ironing after tumble drying. I was therefore horrified when I washed the pillowcases prior to first use that they needed ironing and even with a steam iron they didn’t look great. I am having to put a throw over the duvet because I can’t iron it!”
