“Very pretty, but a little stiff (not on the bed yet / I’ve just opened the packet to feel it). The fabric is 52% Polyester and 48% Cotton - details I’d mistakenly overlooked when ordering (I was after a cheerful Christmas bedding set for my 8yr old Daughter, but also wanted a style which would grow with her. I’d previously bought a ‘Llamacorn’ Catherine Lansfield duvet set for my Daughter, which is perfect / beautifully soft (100% cotton)... but also bought a stars/stripes set for my Son which was a mix like this one and it didn’t soften up, even after a run through the washing machine and so had told myself ‘never again’. Oops. I’ll cross my fingers that it softens in the wash.”
