“Sent 2 conditioners instead of shampoo and conditioner. Sent an image to customer services who sent me a pre paid label to send 1 back. Can't receive my shampoo until the conditioner has been received back. Not very happy as I've now ran out.”

“I received 2 conditioner instead of shampoo and conditioner. Although Just my look did offer to swap I decided to keep conditioner and ask for discount on shampoo as they were saving return postage costs. No reply. I love this product though its really good but I am noticing prices creeping up on thsi site.”
