“Haven’t seen any results yet, but have only been taking it for 5 days. Find it a bit odd in cold water as it doesn’t dissolve properly, but is brilliant in hot water. I have been putting it in my hot drinks, tastes slightly creamy in my tea, but in my coffee I don’t really notice it. Now I’ve worked out how I’m going to use it, I look forward to seeing much improved nails.”
