“My third tub of this, I’m converted, my nails at 36 have actually gotten long and stopped snapping, they’re long & strong for once, on every finger! My fine lines on my forehead & in between my eyebrows have slightly lessened, I do believe it’s largely down to taking 2 scoops of this everyday. Every morning I stir a scoop into my cappuccino (and do the same about an hour later), it’s completely flavourless, easily blends, and it slightly thickens my cappuccino which I enjoy. I love there’s no sugar in it as I’m trying to up my protein intake and reduce my carbohydrate intake, and this certainly helps. I try not to skip breakfast but if I do this goes someway to filling me up due to protein content which helps my satiety for dieting. I love little rituals that made me feel pampered, I look forward to adding this to my coffees every morning, and feel happy it’s doing my in and outsides good! NB: scoop will be in tub it’ll just be buried in powder”
