“We have used this particular product for many years and chose to purchase from your company on this occasion as your price was competitive (this also included free delivery) On delivery the bottle top was broken and the contents leaking considerably.! You have however propmtly replaced the item which arrived yesterday “intact” and we wish to thank you for dealing with our complaint quickly. We would certainly purchase from you in the the future!”
