“This formula is transparent yellow, not clear. It feels more oily than you would expect for something described as a gel. Having said that, it does completely absorb after around an hour, it does provide brilliant protection and I was comfortable wearing it once it absorbed, you wouldn’t know you had sunscreen on. It stays in place on the face and doesn’t end up in the eyes. My husband really likes it. If the company could make it less oily, and clear, I think it would be everything you’d ever want in a sunscreen. I would probably try a few others after it runs out, but might end up returning to this brand if nothing supersedes it.”
