“My hair was a wreck and so dry and damaged, like the type of damage where you lift your hair up a bit and it stayed there. I did the whole set, and my hair was visibly and touchably softer and healthier. Also, every single product bar I think solution 0 (? the spray bottle one) goes a long way with just a little product. My hair is short and I only need to use a small squeeze of shampoo and conditioner. Considering how much Olaplex is, and I got in on sale for £169, I think it's very good value. Also, fantastic and quick delivery service, using Royal Mail so no worries about where the parcel was at any time (such as Evri etc).”

“The products are great..but the No 0 bottle had leaked all over the place, ruining the ultimate gift box i had bought for my daughters birthday.. I have emailed customer services several times to report this and asking for a replacements.. but they don't get back to you... when you spend £200 you don't expect your order to arrive damaged..”
