“The shampoo and conditioner feels really nice , but cannot give an accurate review as only used twice. I am disappointed that the 1lt bottles did not come with a pump as advertised in the picture. This will probably stop me from buying again as I found it really difficult to pick up the heavy wet bottles in the shower. I have arthritis in the back of my left hand hence this is why I can only give three stars. Hopefully, Justmylook will read this and send me the 2 pumps and make me a happy customer then I could probably give a five star review and buy again.”
