“Bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter as she loves using it. Unfortunately, when the item arrived, and on opening it, it had leaked everywhere. Got in a right mess trying to clean it up. Wasnt happy! So with regards packaging, not very good at all. With regards the item, lovely stuff to use.”

“My daughters favourite purple shampoo and at a great price. Was going to give only 4 stars as it arrived leaking slightly, but after a short email showing pictures of how it arrived, I received a discount code so back up to 5 for the quick customer service. I have ordered this before and the previous one arrive with no leakage.”

“This shampoo is excellent. I have used it before so I knew what I was getting, however I was very disappointed with the way it was packaged by Justmylook. It had leaked all over the place and was a big mess, with a large amount of the product wasted because of this - not how i expected to receive my package”
