“I have been using this along with the integrity shampoo for a few weeks. I alternate it with another brand, because that is more hydrating than this. I didn't buy this for hydrating purposes though, i bought it for the protein strengthening! This conditions ok as far as detangling and softening goes, does not irritate my sensitive scalp and leaves my fine highlighted hair feeling thicker / stronger. I personally wouldn't over use a protein based shampoo & conditioner all the time, as too much protein can make hair brittle and snap.”
