“I sent an email to you yesterday I ordered my product on 21 November and haven’t received it yet. Royal Mail say they have tried to deliver it and it’s not accessible that’s absolutely nonsense. They now sent a message wanting my card details for a fee of £1.75 the information has disappeared off my phone and my local post office can’t help. Please advise. My hairdresser used the product on my hair that’s why I want to buy it it suited my fine hair like no other.”
