“Product and price was good. I became a little bit worried about the time taken from order to delivery and contacted the company to see where my item was. It did arrive a few days later and in time for Christmas. I appreciate this was a busy time of year, but other companies seem to manage a 48h return from order to delivery. Also, I didn’t appreciate the following quote in your automated email response: “Please keep in mind that if you send more than one email, it will push you to the back of our queue which can prolong the response time.” - this comes across very passive aggressive, and basically tells the customer ‘If you keep contacting us about your missing order, then we’ll move you to the back of the queue’. Not the message you want to be sending out to concerned customers, following up on why their order is delayed from the estimated date quoted at order. Item came well packaged and protected, and arrived as expected so thank you.”
