“I started taken these after a healthcheck at the doctors revealed a high cholestral reading and a bit of high blood pressure. I initially, took three of these a day as per the guidance to reduce cholestral, for a month and then reduced it down to two a day, which I am still on. A recent blood test has confirmaed that my cholestral has already dropped. Taken these, along with a blood pressure tablet and with a much healthier diet, has already made a difference to how I feel and the mild chest pains have now all gone, so things are now on the up for me, but I am for sure, not being complacent at all. I have been left impressed with this product and have already ordered some more. Some people in reviews say that the tablest are too big, yes, they are bigger than the average tablet or capsule, but I have had no problems taking them at all.”
