“This eyebrow pencil is just fab! It goes on really easily and the precision tip is perfect for creating brow strokes or creating blending tones in your brows. The eyebrows stay perfect all day and it truly is waterproof, it does not budge in hot temperatures or when swimming. It does however come off easily with make-up remover. Highly recommend this product.”
