“Unfortunately this arrived with an open crack in the container, down near the end. Most likely the delivery man's fault but thankfully the consistency of this mask is very thick so it didn't run out the cracks. Will have to keep the cylinder on it's side, but thats not the end of the world. Good mask for the hair at great price. docking 1 star for the hole, not the product”

“My packaged arrived and the bottom of it was cracked and there was product leaking out it works well but I had to cover the cracks and tale product out and move it into other tubs.”

“When I received my items one of them had a bad cracked tub that holds the conditioner was seeping out the cracks. Luckily I had a empty old tub of the same conditioner and had to scoop all of the conditioner into another tub. Even though the item was bubble wrapped the item still broke also the box was very poor quality and flimsy. Better packaging needed.”
