“Doesn’t smudge. I bought the shade in black. I have other branded waterproof waterline eyeliners but they still smudge this doesn’t. Il be buying more.”

“Eyeliner stays put so well that it’s effort to take off but once set it doesn’t smudge!? What more do you want? No irritation. Fantastic range”
